Durabuilt 5 piece 18 volt power tool kit

Picked this up from target for 50% off and I still fell like I paid too much.....these tools seem more like toys than actual tools used to work on something. There are many reliability issues going on with the drill, battery and just about every thing else in this kit. There were even some broken drill bits and a bent fence. Durabuilt ? More like Crapabuilt!

The Hubud drill has very many useful possibilities. Here we use a news paper as a training tool. This way, we can strike relatively hard, but don't need headgear. The attacks here mainly comes from what we call angle 1. But it can still be applied to what we call angle 2,3 and 4 also ("The 4 windows").

Chainmaille Tutorial Part 1: The Tools and Coiling Wire

A video showing the technique and the basic tools for making a chainmaille coil, which can then be cut into open rings for weaving chainmaille. The first of two initial parts. List of things to get started: #1- 2 pairs of pliers #2- Mini bolt cutters #3- Wire (1/4 mile of Galvanized steel is only $27 at Tractor Supply. The cheapest I've found so far. That should be enough wire to make a complete hauberk.) #4- Smooth Metal Rod #5- Power Drill w/ .5" chuck (unless your going the hand-powered mandrill route which produces better rings at a slower rate.) #6- Leather Work Gloves (good for guiding wire onto the rod when winding rings.) All in all, it shouldn't cost more than $90 for the equipment. After that, wire is really cheap if you buy it in 1/4 mile spools. Otherwise, you can buy various different kinds of wire metals from theringlord.com
